I know Olympic weighs more and cost more, but is there any other difference? Does one give an advantage over another in muscle growth?

i was thinking of buying this off amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/Phoenix-99226-Power-Olympic-Bench/dp/B000LG3SOI/ref=sr_1_13?s=gateway&ie=UTF8&qid=1285811808&sr=8-13) but i dont know if this comes with weights. i really want a bang for my buck, so if you want you can even include some other bench pressing sets with weights (i can only spend about 0 max) THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!
i have track practice almost everyday except weekends. we usually run/jog for 15-20 mins then i do sprints and rest depending on the length. we also do drills to improve our form. i was wondering if this is enough or would i be overtraining ?
Monday: Lift Weights with fast explosive movements and easy version of olympic lifts
Wednesday: Sprint intervals, Ratio 1m:3m with incline.
Friday: Plyometrics, i.e, burpees… explosive movements with the legs.
I am lifting weights for wrestling (highschool olympic), and am looking mostly for muscular endurence. Right now i have been lifting 8-12 reps and 3-4 sets. But while doing this i for every new set i increase the weight. For example:
Set 1: 20 lbs. 12 reps
Set 2: 25 lbs. 10-12 reps
Set 3: 30 lbs. 8-10 reps
Is this good or would it be better to do 3 sets at one weight?
Thanks in advance, and please show how you know…
I know that changing the reps and sets occurs as you get stronger, but my main question is;
Is it better to lift weights increasing the weight for every set, or is it better to have one weight for every set?
Example, shogun doesn’t have Alot of muscles, but he seems
More powerful than Krzysztof Soszynski?
If shogun Weight train (Olympic st lye)
Will he be more powerfull than he already is???
I have a weight bench, olympic bar ( 35 lbs. ), and a lot of weight plates. They range from 3-like 53 lbs. and are in pairs. Is it safe to keep them upstairs in a bedroom? The home is only about 6 years old. Thanks a lot, God bless!
For all team sports, count the position on which the players are strongest, or, for the individual, ones which are in the highest weight class.
Sports: handball, basketball, water polo, olympic weight lifting, MMA, javelin, discus and hammer throw, shot put, rowing.
I mean overall:Almost winner. I need the best shape of my life, i don’t want to faint in the middle of the swimming stage. I have weight, bench, olympic bar, 210 lbs. What can i do to get in that shape?
