		<description>If you are talking about strictly from Olympic weight lifting then I think you are referring to the jerk phase of the clean and jerk.  The clean and jerk will work just about every muscle in the body, especially if you are going from the ground to the sky.  The jerk part itself with the leg split and hip thrust will work most of the body as well, just the press over head will work most of the shoulder muscles and core to stabilize your body.</description>
